are you curled up comfortably? then i'll begin...
the summer rains fall softly, softly, and roses bow their heads to the gods in their cloudy temples above. i sit cloistered in underwater forests, and sip my earl grey tea, so comforted by the scents around me. the children chit and chatter and the cobblestones grumble to one another and the parasols created by the lofty treetops gently hum overhead.
the academy is drifting like dandelion clocks gently towards the summer, of days filled with picnics and briny speech, of stardusted nights and sweeping the cobwebs from the heavens, sending postcards to nowhere and everywhere at once, making manic in the twilight and dancing until dawn, til tired heels and pink shoulders call us back to bed.
the excitement is tangible! cakes and tea parties, dusky hues and duck egg dawns, battered leather jackets and countrysude bicycles, peppered with butterflies await us...
